Under $10 Drugstore Beauty Favorites!

Here are five drugstore finds that fit the bill.  Burt Bees Blush & 4 More Drugstore Beauty Favorites and they’re all under $10!

#1 Burt Bees Blush

I picked up Burt Bees Blush in the shade Shy PInk & all I can say is – GO GET THIS!!” username=”40andholding_”]This mineral blush is 100% Natural and features Bamboo, Honey and Vitamin E to nourish the skin and enhance its natural glow.  And it is formulated without parabens, phthalates, SLS, petrolatum or synthetic fragrances and as with all Burt Bees products, it is never tested on animals!

Results?  Amazing.  This blush is so pretty, it really DOES make your cheeks glow with and leaves a healthy looking, sheer radiance.  It’s blends perfectly and feels nice on the skin.  The pigment is good and the color lasts for around 6 hours.  Burt Bees Blush is available in three shades and my only complaint would be they need to have MORE shades.  Hopefully that’s in the works.  If your skin tone is fair to medium, Shy Pink is a good choice.  The blush is also available in Bare Peach, a warm peach for fair to tan skin tones and in Toasted Cinnamon, a tawny brown ideal for tan or dark skin tones.

#2 Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor

#3 Jason Vitamin E Skin Oil 5,000 IU

This Skin oil is a mixture of Pure Vitamin E Oil plus five Natural Essential Oils of Almond, Apricot, Avocado, Sunflower and Wheat Germ.  Jason Vitamin E Skin Oil provides healthy, anti-oxidant rich moisture and renews the skin’s softness.  It contains NO Parabens, artificial colors or synthetic fragrances. As with all Jason products, they do not test on animals which I always appreciate!  The company recommends using this Skin Oil alone wherever needed on the face, hands and body or adding a few drops to lotion and moisturizer.

Results?  I love this Skin Oil and I use it everywhere!  It is a rich oil so you only need a couple of drops.  Here are a few of the many ways I’ve used this oil…

• On cuticles & hands
• On dry, winter days as a face moisturizer
• Under the eyes (just a couple of dots under each eye, then tap)
• All over the body immediately following a shower or bath (Heaven!)
• Mixed into body moisturizer
• For chapped lips
• On stretch marks
• For Cellulite

I could go on and on… This is just an excellent multi-tasking skin oil.  For the price, you can’t beat it!

#4 Zum Body Lotion

From a company called Indigo Wild, this Body Lotion is part of a line of All Natural products for the Body & Home called Zum.  Zum Body Lotion is all natural and contains no parabens or mineral oil.  As with all of the Zum Products, they are made in the USA and cruelty free.  Zum Body Lotion is available in 14 different formulas & scents and they ALL sound amazing.  I picked this up in the Almond formula.  One of the company’s slogan is “Ingredients you can Pronounce” and the ingredient list in this body lotion is impressive.  With sweet almond oil, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, aloe vera, extracts of angelica, avocado, coltsfoot, dandelion and red clover, this Body Lotion is simply… Heavenly!

I love the texture and consistency of Zum Body Lotion.  It is lightweight and applies easily.  It goes on like a lotion but moisturizes like a rich cream.  Slather this lotion on after a shower and you’ll be left with soft, silky, healthy looking skin.  The almond scent is light, sweet scent that smells amazing. I can’t wait to try more of these Zum Lotions!

#5 Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula Coconut Oil Swivel Stick
