Welcome to 40andholding.com, a Beauty, Skincare & Makeup Blog for Women Over 40 and the beauty challenges we face as our skin starts to age. Shortly after I turned 40, I started noticing changes to my Skin. Makeup & Skincare products that I’d been using for years were no longer working. Everything was changing & that’s when my anti-aging journey began. The journey is not about finding the Fountain of Youth (although we’ll take it if somebody finds it!), it’s about maintaining and looking the best we can for our age.

I created 40andholding Beauty Blog so that I could share everything I’ve learned, tried and tested with YOU! What works? What doesn’t? I’ll tell you the truth.
