Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palette Review

I must admit, this is my first experience with Maybelline eyeshadow. I can hardly believe that myself! Lol I recently stumbled upon the Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palettes and was initially drawn to them because of the beautiful colors and the packaging. They are super cute, portable and fit in the palm of your hand. They would be great for traveling or carrying in your makeup bag.

Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palettes come in eight shade selections with each palette containing six shades to create custom eye makeup looks. All of the palettes are beautiful. I was drawn to the Rooftop Bronze Palette, a mixture of golden taupe, brown and bronze metallics.

Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palette Review — **Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palette in Rooftop Bronze**

I chose the Rooftop Bronze Palette because the colors are neutral and just perfect. This palette consists of three deep shades (copper, medium brown and dark brown), a light pearl highlight shade, a golden shade and a champagne shade. They are all satin & shimmer finishes, but not too glittery. There are no matte shades in this palette.

Overall, I love this palette for everyday wear. The colors are perfect and work on all skin tones and eye colors.

The other palettes are Chill Brunch Neutrals, Concrete Runway, Downtown Sunrise, Grafitti Pop, Urban Jungle & Girls Night Glimmer, all with gorgeous, vibrant colors.

Girls Night Glimmer (above) is exclusive to Ulta Beauty. It is a combination of cool toned, shimmery silvery shades with a pop of mint green and blue.

Chill Brunch Neutrals is a plum palette containing three mattes and three shimmery shadows. With pink rose gold, mauve and dark purple, this is another good everyday use choice.

Concrete Runway is stunning with a variety of shades with the standout being a deep, vibrant, electric blue shimmer. This looks perfect for a night out on the town!

Downtown Sunrise is a beautiful pink palette with a combination of pink shimmers and three matte shades. If you love all things Pink, this is YOUR palette!

Grafitti Pop is another stunner with purple shades and a vibrant blue shade that is to die for!

Urban Jungle contains green and brown shades with a beautiful bright gold shadow. 2 shades (1 brown & 1 green) are matte with the rest being shimmery.

Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palettes are highly pigmented with a creamy texture. The formula is soft, silky & blendable with very little fallout. The colors are intense and the shadow lasts several hours. And at $9.99 USD per palette, the cost is affordable and you get your money’s worth. I will definitely be purchasing some of the other palettes!
