Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color Review

I bought my first Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color in “Seduction” because I liked the shade.  I was looking for a good pink-nude lip color and this one looked perfect.  The word “matte” was a bit scary to me as matte lipsticks are normally not over 40 “friendly”.  I was pleasantly surprised!  That’s when I decided that this Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color Review would be featured as a $10 Tuesday Best Drugstore Beauty find!

Let’s get to it!  First of all, the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Colorhttp://shopstyle.it/l/bCIP shade ranges are amazing!  There are sixteen different shades, all of which are stunning.  I bought Seduction, Love and Crush (pictured below from left to right).

The texture of this lip color is a mixture between gel-like and creamy.  It goes on smoothly with a sponged tip applicator.  The result is a matte finish but it is NOT dry or cakey. It doesn’t settle into lines or bleed at all.  Surprisingly, this lip color leaves your lips feeling moisturized.  I like to let it completely dry and then apply a colorless lip balm on top.  The color lasts a good 5-6 hours.

Overall I am happy with the results from the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color.  If you love beautiful colors and a creamy application with a matte finish that isn’t drying, you can’t go wrong with this!
