Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist Review
Let’s be honest… whether you’re a fan of the Kardashians or not… Kim Kardashian is stunning, always has perfect makeup and that famous GLOW!Recently, she revealed on Snapchat that her secret weapon for perfect makeup and glowy skin is Tatcha’s Luminous Dewy Skin Mist! That caught my attention and I remembered I had a bottle of this which I purchased last Christmas on sale. I had forgotten all about it!

Kim Kardashian revealed the way she uses the Luminous Dewy Skin Mist is by spraying it onto her sponge and makeup brush before blending to achieve perfectly glowy makeup!
OK back to the bottle I purchased back in December…
I located it and started using it right away and it has become part of my daily makeup routine. This stuff is truly AMAZing! Literally glow in a bottle for your face.
So what exactly is it? Here’s the description from Tatcha’s website:
“Tatcha’s Luminous Dewy Skin Mist is a silky liquid spray on moisturizer of Squalane, Red Algae and Tatcha’s anti-aging HADASEI-3 Complex. This milky emulsion contains moisturizers and humectants that leave skin rehydrated. Can be used to refresh bare skin or cosmetics throughout the day, without buildup or residue, instantly softening and smoothing without streaking or disturbing makeup. Does not contain high levels of alcohol and fragrance found in conventional hydrating sprays, which can dry out the skin. ”
My Take…
I’ll be honest with you. I wasn’t expecting much from this. To my surprise, I’m really impressed with it. It makes an absolutely beautiful setting spray for your makeup. Just one spritz of this on each side of the face leaves your skin glowing, not shiny.
I’ve also tried Kim Kardashian’s method of spritzing some onto my makeup sponge before blending. This method provides an all over dewy glow to your skin. Personally, I prefer the more subtle glow I get from spritzing it on as a setting spray but if dewy, glowing all over skin is your thing, you’ll love Kim’s method!
Other ways I use the Skin Mist are:
- To refresh makeup throughout the day.
- One spritz on each side of the face as the last step in my skincare routine at night before bed.
- Spritzing on as a primer before applying makeup.
- To refresh the skin during or after airline flights.
- As a body spray in areas where you want a glow (such as shoulders or decolette)
- On my hair as a leave in conditioner
Overall, Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist is an excellent product and a good multi-tasker. My only complaint with this product is the price. Otherwise, it’s holy grail status! At $48.00 USD for a 1.35 oz bottle, it’s a bit pricey but if you can afford it, definitely worth it! Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist is also available in a smaller trial sized 0.4 oz bottle for $20.00 USD which is a good option if you want to try it before buying the full-sized bottle!

I absolutely LOVE this mist!! It’s amazing and even though I have oily skin it works so perfect for that healthy inner glow!
That price tag though…too bad. I wonder if there’s a dupe for this at a better price point?
I know, it is definitely a luxury beauty purchase. There may be a dupe but I haven’t been able to find one yet. I’ll keep looking though! Thank you for stopping by & reading 🙂 xoxo Susie
I have been a skeptic of the Dewey look but I may just be coming around! Thanks for the review and tips
